This particularly high-quality Pinot Noir originates from the joint project Steinmetz & Hermann, in which different vineyards are exchanged between the two wineries as grape material. In this case, grape material from the Dr.Hermann winery is vinified at the Günther Steinmetz winery. This wine shows a particularly high complexity in structure and aroma play. Unusually, the high acidity gives the wine a particularly stable backbone and promises a high ageing potential.
